Private domestic work such as home extensions form a considerable part of our work load and our experience is comprehensive. We consider a mutual understanding between client and architect as a fundamental basis for the design process and is the best way to achieve good quality design.

VECA have a strong interest in low energy sustainable design, Henry is a certified Passivhaus Designer as well a qualified retrofit coordinator, retrofit assessor and domestic energy assessor. Henry formed VECA Architects Ltd in 2021, we are a RIBA Chartered Architects Practice. VECA is a second generation business following Henry's many years spent working with his father Vincent Edberg. Vincent formed his practice (Vincent Edberg Chartered Architects) in 1990, in Petersfield, and we continue many of the excellent relationships built up over this considerable period. Vincent continued to work with VECA as a consultant Architect from 2021 until 2024. ​
