Design Process
The following information outlines and summarises the working process we go through when undertaking a typical domestic building project. VECA are flexible to your needs, some clients may only want certain stages of work completed others may require a completly different solution. This process is likely to vary depending on the type and complexity of project.

1. Brief
Every project starts with the initial contact between client and Architect. In most cases this takes the form of a inital meeting with the client on site or at your home. VECA offer an initial no obligation meeting to discuss your project needs. We will then provide you with a fee proposal outlining our scope of services for your consideration. It is important to us to establish a comfortable working relationship with our clients.
